SHIPPING?

  • FancIce Jewelry ships within the U.S.
  • All jewelry is made to order, merchandise will be received by the customer within 10 business days. Buyer will receive an email indicating the purchase description as well as a tracking number. 
  • Custom pieces are subject to a month or sooner based upon the complexity of the design. 

RETURN POLICY?

For any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by email at fancicejewelry@hotmail.com with the subject stating "Return" and we will issue a return address. The following terms apply:

  • Refunds will be accepted within 14 days of delivery date with a copy of your receipt.
  • Beyond 14 days returns are not accepted.
  • FancIce Jewelry is not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address, if the buyer supplied it. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct prior to finishing the purchase. 
  • The products must be returned in new/unused condition with it's original packing; in resalable condition. FancIce Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Products that are altered or damaged (scratches, wreckage, etc.) do not qualify and will be shipped back to you at your own expense. 
  • If the original packing associated with the products are not returned, the value of the packing will be subtracted from the return. 
  • Custom pieces is not eligible for a refund - all custom work sales are final.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded unless products are defective or you received the incorrect item. *All taxes and other fees are the buyer's responsibility. 
  • Your items cost will be refunded within 7-10 business days to issue the funds back into your account once we receive and inspect the item's condition. You will receive an email confirmation from FancIce Jewelry once your return has been processed. 
  • We want you to be happy with your purchase so please contact us with any issues. We will work quickly to resolve any problems so that you have a positive experience shopping with FancIce Jewelry. 

CAN I REPLACE A LOST EARRING?

  • Yes, you may purchase a half pair. Please email us regarding the purchase of one earring and the SKU number. The cost of one earring is typically half of the cost for the pair.
